Terms and Conditions for Underwriter Chat

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Underwriter Chat ("Company," "we," or "us") and the user ("you" or "user"). This Agreement governs your use of the services provided by Underwriter Chat, including but not limited to the AI Chat platform (the "Services").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Underwriter Chat Enterprise Plan provides an AI Chat integration platform that allows users to integrate company-specific policies and overlays into an advanced AI Chat for instant access to customized, proprietary information. Premium Plans offer instant access to our powerful AI Chat assistant on a monthly subscription service.

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. To avoid charges for the upcoming billing cycle, please ensure your cancellation is completed before the start of your next billing period.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

You agree not to engage in any activity that may interfere with or disrupt the Services.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, back end and front end code, the VoiceFlow chat build, and patents, are owned by Underwriter Chat. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Services.

5. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at the footer section of underwriterchat.com.

6. Limitation of Liability

Underwriter Chat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

7. Termination

Underwriter Chat reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause.

8. Changes to the Agreement

Underwriter Chat may update this Agreement from time to time. You will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
